The Annual Dinner has now been booked for Friday, 24th October 2008 at 7.30 pm. Same cost as last year at £19.95 per person for 3-course meal. The venue is also the same - Cambridge National Golf Centre, Comberton Road, Toft, Cambridge CB23 2RY. Paul Redfarn (Burwell CC) has just opened a cricket specialist shop in the old Blacksmith's Yard, Newnam Lane, Burwell. His new shop, Cricket Stick, will stock all kinds of Umpires kit, including bails, heavy bails, bowler's start markers, counter clickers, Umpires sun hats and panamas, and most importantly he can get UMPIRES COATS once he knows your size.
